I started working on packaging "synce-gnomevfs" for Ubuntu (and later

Please note that I have already packaged this and it will be going into
Debian unstable very soon. Feel free to package for Ubuntu if you feel
it is necessary though.

Today or tomorrow I will release my binary and source repository for all
the SynCE packages out to the world.

Correct. I have already fixed the problem in Subversion with it not including LICENSE in the tarball.
