2. brand and model of your device
3. vendor/product USB IDs for your device (see Vendor= and ProdID=)

I use Debian etch and try to connect my Eten M600 smartphone/PocketPC.

Please find below the result of the concerned lignes of "cat /proc/version":

BTW, I get an error like this:

synce-pstatus: Could not find configuration at path '(Default)'

and can't figure out where it comes from, because I don't know where
'(Default)' points to... Any idea?

Your device runs Windows Mobile 2005, and so you should follow these
instructions:
