Hi All

Just a heads up, I've committed pre WM5 support to odccm, a very nice
piece of code to work with ! This support needs the latest from librapi
and libsynce for a couple of tweaks to differentiate versions.

Latest gnome trayicon now includes fully working odccm support.

I have commited testing ebuild for Gentoo for trayicon.
It is accessible thru layman repository:

Try with latest revision. It seems for me that I fixed this issue.
I have no way now to test it further, but preferences dialog is shown up
now.
ok, the prefs dialog shows up now, (and it compiles with automake-1.9, I
must have been using an earlier version when I tried by hand).

However, when prompted for my password, and when prompted for the gnome
keyring password, I get this:

Unable to save password for device "IO2" in your keyring: Gnome geyring:
permission denied.

any ideas? (I'm using odccm, WM5)

thanks,

It pays to be obvious, especially if you have a reputation for subtlety.

thanks,
Iain, probably silly question, but you do have gnome-keyring installed
and running don't you ? Check you can access it ok with
gnome-keyring-manager ? Is gnome-keyring-daemon running ? Is it saved in
the keyring anyway ?

Unfortunately gnome-keyrings error codes are a little odd. Permission
denied could mean no daemon running, keyring doesn't exist, permission
denied, just cant find it, you get the idea.
