synce-hal 0.1 released

Hi all,

The first version of synce-hal, 0.1, has been released.

This is the hard work of Mark Ellis. Pat him on the shoulder if you see
him. He's doing some really great work in SynCE. Check out the ChangeLog
for changes. Read the documentation and speak to Mark for information on
synce-hal.

Find it on your local SourceForge mirror. md5sums follow:
