synce-libsynce: weird man3 pages

Hi! :-)
THere are a lot of man pages in libsynce/man directory (at SVN) with size less that 100 bytes. Inside there are some strange "magic" strings like:

.so man3/synce_error.3
----------------------
What does it mean? :-) Of course, all man pages with such content are invalid...

I think technically it's a groff 'include', but for man purposes it just
says 'use this page instead'. A lot of the synce functions group
together nicely for man pages, so it saves on duplication. Obviously no
idea about freebsd but it's perfectly valid elsewhere.
