[PATCH] Gentoo Ebuild updates

Hi all,

the ./bootstrap -> ./autogen.sh change in most of the packages wasn't reflected in the ebuilds, so most of them fail on the latest
SVN version.

Additionally odccm's dbus configuration file was moved in the source tree, corrected now.


Patch attached including digest updates.
