0.11 ebuilds

I've just about done as much as I can with the synce 0.11 ebuilds before
they make it into Gentoo. Any comments? Has anyone tested 0.11 from
the ebuilds? Some amd64 users would be helpful for testing :)

Hi Iain

There was one user in chat who had trouble with the driver. I don't
know how that works in Gentoo, but he somehow ended up compiling it
with the RNDIS or CDCETHER flag (i think?) missing, so the activesync
parts of the code are disabled and it won't work. After a bit of
fiddling, we got it working. I don't know if that was a mistake on his
part, or something the ebuilds can take account of?
