broken hal support for synce-connector

Hi,

In helping Kal Sze get his system working with synce-connector + hal, we
noticed that hal support in synce-connector is quite broken atm,
apparently because "hal-dccm" hasn't been renamed to "dccm" in
"connector/scripts/synceconnector.py.in".

Just wanted to check that this was just an oversight and not intentional ...

Oops, well spotted, I'll fix that.

I'll take this chance to reiterate something though, I left hal in
connector because I didn't know what *BSD was going to be using after
hal, and still don't. I'd rather everyone was using udev where possible.
