Hello all,
In the latest batch of commits to sync-engine is some functional
support for the format conversions of Opensync 0.3x and greater
(actually this has been tested with current Opensync SVN). There are
some known problems, please see the CHANGELOG, and the README for the
Opensync 0.3x plugin. If you use Evo, you will also need a patch to the
evolution2 plugin source to make contact syncing work properly in both
directions.
It is not production-ready, so if you are a user in a production
environment please remain with Opensync 0.2x for the moment.
If you are up for some testing, please try and break this. If you can
isolate any items that fail to sync properly and run a sync with just
this item, this will help to cut down the size of the log files. Please,
at minimum, post/send the sync-engine console log and the details of the
item you are trying to sync.
To enable it, don't forget to change the <OpensyncXMLFormat> element in
your config.xml to OS30 - or you will still be using the old Opensync
0.2x schemas :)
