I have a Dell Axim X50v using Pocket PC 2003se.

synce-serial-start hangs with the message "synce-serial-start is now
waiting for your device to connect"

I followed the howto and I do not believe I have a firewall running. At
least the firewall command will not work for me and Synaptic Package
Manager shows the firewall package not installed. I am using Ubuntu
Dapper Linux.

Can you help to make this work?
