Another thing you can is the following. If you have synce-hal (will not wor=

use rndis, by removing the checkbox in the screen 
Start -> Settings -> Connections -> USB to PC 
that states something like: Use enhanced network connection, or use fast<br=
transfer connection. 
 
After that, connect the device again and see if the connection does work no=
w.
